Project : Greens – Bhiwandi
The Hurdle : A new project in considerable market competition which was inadequately promoted. As a the sale velocity has gone below average.
Strategy Implied : Awareness & Advantage Call-Out Strategy has been implemented for this challenging project with clear and explicit execution of customized roadmap to captivate the target audience through various channels.

The Hurdle : The project was undervalued and inventories weren’t managed appropriately which has resulted in an unbalanced sales pattern. Also, the sales graph was not up to the mark due to the lack of its online presence and brand awareness.
Strategy Implied : An inbound sales methodology has been prepared with a pinch of digitalization & technology. The digital parameters and channel helped in creating overall brand awareness and technology severed us with proper management.
